Something not working, or a question the extension does not answer? Write to pdf [dot] to [dot] json [dot] app [at] gmail [dot] com.

What helps us answer quickly:

the version from the top of the extension's window, for example v0.1.0 · prod;
what you did, and what you expected to happen;
the exact message the extension showed, or a screenshot of the window;
the kind of file — PDF, JPEG or PNG — and how many pages.

Please do not attach the document itself unless we ask for it. Most problems can be found without it, and a document you send by mail is one we would then have to keep safe.

Common questions

“No free runs left today.” The free allowance is counted per day and starts again the next day.

No “To JSON” button next to PDF links. Buttons appear only on sites you have allowed. Open the extension's window and, under Buttons on pages, allow this site or every site. A file you already have needs no button: pick it or drag it onto the window.

The result is gone. A result is kept in the server's memory only, for at most 1 day, and a server restart clears it earlier. Download the JSON or the archive once the run is done.

What happens to my document? Everything about what is sent, where it goes and how long anything is kept is in the privacy policy.
